In July, I realized it was time to step back into a more visible role in the community. As some of you may know, giving Spirit the metaphorical green light means it's game time.

Very soon after making this decision, I had a vision of The Sound Healing Center of Lexington, and things started moving quickly. The feeling inside me was a mix of urgency and excitement. It was so strong that I had a website URL, Facebook and Instagram pages, and a DBA registered with the state about 24 hours later.

Download after download came streaming into my consciousness, so I created a note in my phone to contain it all. It contains workshop ideas, checklists, posts I wanted to write, people I wanted to work with, and more. I'm still working from this list and only scratching the surface.

Any time you want to manifest something in your life, there's a process you follow, whether you realize it or not. It's not something I've ever read about in a book, but I've spoken about it in many sessions over the years. It's the same principle I used to bring The Sound Healing Center to life, so I'll explain it briefly now.

Inspirations, or downloads, enter through your Crown Chakra at the top of your head. They then flow down into your Third Eye Chakra, where your mind can begin to imagine and visualize it more clearly. After that, it flows down into your Throat Chakra, where you start to speak about the idea to others, increasing the strength of the manifestation. From there, it flows into your Heart Chakra, where you feel all the emotions tied to the creation of this idea.

I'll pause here to say the most crucial step is allowing your feelings of positivity – excitement, joy, love – to flow through your body. You will delay your manifestation if you let your fears take hold and fill your body with doubtful feelings.

After experiencing all the joyful anticipation, the energy flows into your Solar Plexus. Here, your self-confidence and personal power take root, filling you with the knowledge that you can do it! Next, you feel the juicy energy of the Sacral Chakra, your creative center. This is where you begin to actively and physically build it. The last step is birthing, or grounding, your vision into reality through your Root Chakra. This happens when you embrace that you are safe and trust that the Universe will provide everything you need.

If you have blockages in any Chakra at any time in the process, you will experience delays. For example, you will hinder the process if you have all these fantastic ideas but are too afraid to discuss them. Or if you don't feel safe enough to take the leap because you're worried that the Universe won't catch you and you'll fail, then you probably will.

So what do you do?

You start by finding the blockage and determining what needs to be done to clear it. When you are so stuck in your limiting beliefs that you don't see it, I can help.

When we work together in a sound healing session, I energetically assess your alignment. I take note of what I feel and where I feel it, then use the vibrations and frequency of the sound to clear and open the chakra. Reiki energy also flows throughout the session, healing and revitalizing you along the way.

Upon completion, we work to integrate the changes through a discussion.
