Sunday Sound Bath

Experience the serenity of our Sunday Sound Bath, a passive yet deeply rejuvenating activity. Let the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls wash over you, releasing tension and leaving you in a state of tranquil bliss.
No prior experience is necessary. Simply don comfortable attire and bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and any other items you need for a comfortable floor experience. If you don't have those items, that's OK! We have a limited selection available to you and will continue to add to the accoutrement of sound bath supplies.

Restorative Yoga and Sound Bathing

Take some time to ground yourself as you prepare for the upcoming holiday season when you want to be your most calm and open-hearted self. Join Lissa Sims as she guides you into supported restorative yoga poses with a bit of meditation and breathwork designed to calm your mind and body. This will allow you to unwind, relax, and prepare you for the healing effects of the sound bathing. No experience is necessary, and it is for EVERYONE.
Amy Hudson will be playing singing bowls to help you enter a deeper state of peace and awareness. This is a passive meditative experience, so no prior training or experience is required. As Amy explains, the tones of the bowls can produce a range of responses, from relaxation and pain relief to emotional release and feelings of harmony.
We will provide props to support you during the restorative poses. We recommend bringing a mat, blankets, and pillows to ensure maximum cozy comfort.
It can be a bit much to jump back into the world after an experience like this, so as the session ends, stick around to enjoy a warm cup of tea and a delicious bite made by the one and only Alex Narramore, The Mischief Maker.
